Section 114
Do not use toxic or explosive substances recklessly
(1) When someone drives or uses poisonous substances, inflammable substances, inflammable substances, explosive substances or dangerous weapons or devices, to cause danger or damage to someone's body or life, or to prevent the danger of death to someone due to such things in his or her possession or custody.
